Generating Video From Sequential Photographs via Riemann's Cut October 3rd, 2011 at 00:54

I browse through a lot of photographs on the internet, scouring places like flickr and so on, and I often come across streams of photographs that have been taken in quick succession. So, I got the idea into my head to see what would happen if you tried to make a video of these images. I'm not going to say the results here are amazing, but given the right type of photographs, taken under the right circumstances, the results can be quite pleasing. Skip to the third video if you want to see the best example. I'm using VirtualDub for all the video editing, plus two filters to achieve the resultant video. I've already blogged about the second part of the editing process, the frame interpolation between photographs. The new part to the process involves Gunnar Thalin's Deshaker plugin...

So you want to be a model, and you put your pictures up on Pure Storm for a photographer to come across and notice. I know, catagorising every image can be hard... but "casual"? For this one? Really? Especially odd considering she had "going out pics" on another image. And what an interesting choice of backdrop to the subject matter... Perhaps it's just her angle to get some exposure... A very genuine best of luck to xxxbeccalulaxxx in her fledging modeling career....

I would like to festoon this website with corporate logos and affililite links but have hitherto resisted the capitalistic dictate, the latest online brand craze seems to for Busteed Tees, young people are shown in skyscraper banners wearing t-shirts on many sites....
